Lyana Nepia BSc MChiro DC

A graduate of the highly esteemed Anglo European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 2001, Lyana Nepia (nee Munden) has expanded her Chiropractic knowledge and skills over the years to provide her patients with a dedicated, personalised and highly valued approach. Following five years of intensive full time training at AECC, Lyana graduated with a BSc Honours and Masters Degree in Chiropractic, then received her Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in July 2002.

In early 2005, she set up the Hampstead Chiropractic Clinic. Combining Diversified and Thomson Drop manipulative techniques with Trigger Point therapy, Fascial techniques and Dry Needling, Lyana reaches out to a broad patient base and can tailor her treatment to those who prefer a direct or more gentle approach.

After graduating, Lyana focused her passion and interest for sport by advancing her knowledge of sports biomechanics and rehabilitation. As well as helping to treat AFC Bournemouth and solely setting up the treatment centre for Oakmedian's Rugby Football Club over 3 years, Lyana then went on to take further courses in Taping, Extremities, Advanced Lumbar Rehabilitation and Golf Injuries. The last two years, to coincide with the birth of her baby daughter in 2008, has seen Lyana also focus on treating pregnant women and babies. After taking postgraduate courses with Steve Williams and Carol Phillips (both renowned in the world of Chiropractic paediatrics), Lyana applies a cranial approach to complement other traditional Chiropractic paediatric techniques.

Lyana is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

Lyana likes to spend her spare time with her Kiwi husband and baby daughter. She enjoys golf, rowing, friends and wine!
