There must be something in the air! There is a heavy theme of pregnancy and maternity in the clinic for as well as the clinic treating a lot of pregnant women (and babies of course), I am now on maternity leave and am due in a few days time (not that that means anything!), but also Elise, our friend and previous associate has now launched her own company, venturing into the world of maternity clothes.Her website 'Bundle O Joy' (http://bundleojoy.co.uk/) creates and sells beautifully packaged bundles of maternity clothes, taking the hard work out of all the shopping.
Elise says: "Bundle-O-Joy began on a quest to provide pregnant women with fabulous wardrobes without the hassle of retail store shopping. With each of my three pregnancies I found maternity clothing to be difficult to source, often overpriced, and I became increasingly frustrated each time I required a new outfit. Not wanting to leave the comfort of my home to go shopping, Bundle-O-Joy was created!"
This being my second pregnancy, I wish I'd found something like 'Bundle O Joy' the first time around, as I'm now finding out again how despite excitedly buying a wide range of maternity clothes the first time around, I still only wear the same two or three key pieces! (which no doubt I will want to burn at the end!)
Well, thats it for me, hopefully I will have some good news to announce next time I write. I am back working in clinic again on the 6th September. Till then.... A Bientot!
